  • 3 pounds of chicken
  • 1 ½ cups of rice
  • 3 cups chopped spinach
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • ½ cup of peas
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method:

  • Cook the rice first and keep it aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes.
  • Add all the other vegetables and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Add little oil if necessary.
  • Cool it down and serve.
